Unfortunately Loretta is unprofessional and disrespectful. While her staging was excellent it certainly does not override her lack of respect or integrity. This company staged a home I purchased three years ago. Based on the staging photos on the internet, the house looked gorgeous and I was able to figure out how my own furniture would fit in each room. While still in West Virginia, I purchased the house sight unseen the day it came on the market, and flew out to AZ the next day. I’d never sell a house that wasn’t staged, and I’d hire Foothills Design to do it!
