I said I would try anything once give me a shot in the back and I was in worse pain than I started with find me when I got an appointment with them hour and a half in the waiting room and then when I went into the room as soon as he comes in he tells me to make another appointment I don't allow dogs I told him it was a service animal his reply was get out make another appointment did not ask me how I was feeling and then the top it off he writes a bad report on me and said my levels were high wh
