Photos were taken of the issue and Paul took the time to explain what was fixed with additional photos. Alex did a great job! Overall; I can’t say if the problem will persists but I had another plumber prior who messed it up completely but Alex came by he explained me every step. He told me what is the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He also gave a few suggestions and then told me if something would come up then what to do next and the approx cost of that. He answered all my questions!

Called Flow Pros Plumbing around 3:30 p.m. and our Technician (Alex) arrived at approximately 7:00 p.m. and he was very professional and easy to talk with.
