Made appointment for an estimate. Was given a 2 hour window for arrival. 12-2. Was told repeatedly to make sure I respect the estimators time. Have all decision makers home and be available as their time is valuable. Woman was very repetitive on these points. 2 pm I called as no one showed up. Only could leave voice mail as no one answered. 2:35 a man called and asked about the appointment. He said someone called and moved to 2-4. No one called, texted, emailed or sent smoke signals. Man
