Customer service is top notch, service guys are very polite and tidy! Work was completed same day for 6 windows. Had some big scratches in 4 pcs of glass, not their fault. Came back with new glass and replaced at no charge. Would recommend to anyone!

I couldn't get past the call center. I need to replace a minimum of $5000 worth of front door glass, but the dispassionate call center agent couldn't help or permit further discussion with someone in company. Require 2 openings. After a moment of discussion, 2 6 foot windows on impact french doors, was considered one opening. Wasn't friendly but wasn't unfriendly. Definitely uninterested in helping.
