Put my solar panels on there two years ago they haven’t even called me up and asked me if they were right no

Ripped me off. Said no electric bill still got one. Said they would pay tohave my roof done if I got panels installed. No they just tacked the cost of the roof onto the loan for the panels.Doesnt get back to me about my issues. They are supposed to be helping people out but instead just rip them off. I also states in the contract that it would generate 7.6 kw and it hasn't ever even come close to that. The solar panels weren't even installed according to the prints. Told them about all these thi
