I tried to buy a British Fires fireplace from this dealer. Showroom is just a Single garage in an industrial park. Not even a place to sit down. I found out I need to install an outlet in my fireplace which would cost more than the unit, so I was concerned if I did that and we got it, and didn’t like, or for some reason it didn’t fit, what the return policy was, and I found out, they don’t have a return policy.
