Don was very thorough and provided an accurate report after the inspection. He allowed me to ask questions and inquire about the deficiencies that must be addressed prior to my finalization of the purchase of my new home. I was extremely at ease and had great faith and comfort in his ability.

Brain was so amazing with so much care and detail. He was extremely flexible with issues we had getting into the property, and kept me entertained during!! He seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about everything and even offered to answer any follow up questions regarding the homes systems in general, regardless of inspection. He paid attention to the small things like running the film off the new oven for us. Was an easy process from start to finish!

I had an appointment for a one year home inspection as our builder does a one year inspection. The inspection by a licensed professional isn’t required but in my opinion is well worth the money. We had Donatello as our inspector and he was on time and thorough, explained the process and went to work. His attention to detail and knowledge was amazing! We wish we had used him for our pre-closing inspection. We received a very detailed report with photos the same day. I highly recommend!
