I would've paid to not use this place. I used flooring direct to source flooring and have it privately installed for awhile. They have a decent selection and that was relatively effortless. But hiring them for an install job was a MISTAKE. They took way longer than stated, contractors showed up late or not at all, which led to us having to take off more work. Terrible communication. Then the coup de grace.... When they removed the toilet to put in bathroom tile they didn't drain it. It sat
