They do great at installing carpets and hardwood flooring. However good luck getting them to do repairs. We've called since before December to get someone to look at a carpet repair. Had to call 2 or 3 times to get someone to come out and look at it. Said we'd hear back in the next day. Of course we didn't. Tried calling back again.
