I could write an entire essay about how bad my experience and result was with Floor Source, but probably no one would read it. The summary is that I am stuck with a wooden garbage floor that I continue to feel incredibly disappointed with every single day. Do not be fooled by what you see/hear in the showroom. The results will be determined by who actually does the work. I was told the installers would work exclusively for floor source, but what I actually got was complete hack job subcontracto
