Brett was great. He walked me through the process and showed me a lot of options without any pressure. He also followed up on the job and assured everything was complete to my satisfaction. Installation was quick and high quality. Highly recommend.

They did an incredibly shoddy installation - they didn't screw down subfloors, so floors are bouncy and squeeky. There was no floor leveling or prep, so the flooring is scratched down past the surface in the places where they didn't prep the floor correctly. There are unfilled nail holes all over on the trim. Up 3/8" gaps between the baseboards and walls in some places that they tried to just fill with caulk. Elsewhere, it's missing caulk entirely. They gave up entirely on transitions. They did
