We chose this flooring company because they presented themselves as very professional during the estimate process. In hindsight, we should have insisted on a written contract before moving forward, and that part is on us. Unfortunately, the actual installation experience did not match the professionalism we were initially shown. The work crews/contractors were not very neat while working in our existing home. We had our kitchen floor and carpets replaced using floor coverings international! Their employees were nice, polite and professional! We will use Fci again in the future and would recommend them to everyone!
