Consuelo at the Grapevine location was absolutely fabulous in helping us get EXACTLY what we needed for our floor and fireplace retile! She walked us through each aisle to show us all of the materials and exact colors we needed. She went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service!!

It’s always so fun to be ignored and dismissed by not one, but two, of Floor & Decor Grapevine’s Design Experts after having waited for at least 30mins for their help. Not sure what it was about us that made them look at us and then literally walk away. Not even asking if we needed help or letting us know they would help us after assisting a customer who had an appointment. The only reason this store is getting 4 stars is because of Ananya!
