Considering this was our first experience with having to deal with a slab leak and clean up everyone that we dealt with was amazing! From our first interaction with Caleb explaining the process to Collin and Karter during the demo and set up of the equipment and “bubble” to Nick, Ryan, and Jaxson coming back to check on the drying progress all were very respectful and polite. Also shout out to Collin who did an excellent job at delivering bad news to me when they kept finding more water damage.

The Flood Rescue Team was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Had a leak behind my shower wall and they were out to my residence within 2-3 hours. Highly recommend their work!

We had a water heater leak that we didnt know about and had been going on for longer than what we first thought. Flood Rescue sent out Cody and Kaden to handle the mold mitigation. These 2 have done an absolute amazing job. They are very respectful, professional, polite, and dont mind answering questions. I hope I dont have to use Flood Rescue again, but should I have to I'm requesting Cody and Kaden to handle whatever I need done. 15 of 10 for these 2. Im impressed!!!!!
