We are thrilled with our Flare fireplace and the exceptional service that Kyle provided throughout the project. Kyle was always available with tremendous insight. The installation of the fireplace that we purchased was complex because Flare does not offer the cool wall components. Instead, our contractor had to build the cool wall channel with the correct insulation and studs (metal). Without Kyle's help, we would have been lost.

I would recommend Flare Fireplaces to everyone. I can’t say enough about the technical support and the quality of the fireplace. Kyle Brooks has gone completely above and beyond to make sure everything function correctly. Even taking calls at night.

What a great customer service I got from Kyle Brooks who gave me the right tip on why my fireplace wasn't turning on and save me an additional $1,000 bill from the closest service company in Portland (which BTW never called me). Good job Kyle.
