I called Melissa about a septic install on a piece of property i was purchasing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She spent time talking things out with me, looking up the lot and area & offering me guidance with patient professionalism. Not making feel like i was ignorant or wasting her time. I regret my land purchase fell thru, and now the lot i am purchasing is outside their service area. I really wanted to work with Flamingo Septic/Simply Septic because of Melissa Stratton.

Flamingo Septic is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! In my opinion, you will NOT regret using them!! Water was backing up in our shower and the toilets were not flushing properly. Nick and Raymond pumped out our tank. Nick was very methodical in being sure all the water from the other tank had flowed into the tank being pumped, to ensure he got all the water. He also gave me tips to keep the tank working properly. Nick and Raymond found the sump pump was bad and the float was not positioned properly. Dr

Had them replace the pump in my septic tank a couple years ago. The pump they installed died after 6 months. They replaced it under warranty with no issues. The replacement pump died after a year. I don't know what kind of pumps they use, but they clearly aren't quality pumps.
