We had an outdoor kitchen installed by Flame Connection and are very pleased. Alyssa was fantastic to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely strived to be sure we were happy. Justin and the install crew were polite, courteous and did a beautiful job! They weren’t happy until we were happy and were always kind about coming back.

Came in because they were recommended by a friend, As I’m walking in sales guy or whoever that was just looked at me, went back in the office and sit down had his lunch delivery never greet me or anything or offer to help me finding what I needed. you guys you’re doing great in business I’m guessing.

The home we purchased had a very modern fireplace, which we never really liked. We went into Flame Connection to see what was available, and met London, who helped us pick out these really cool fireballs. He was great to work with, and provided outstanding customer service. We are very happy with our new look, and would highly recommend Flame Connection.
