I really had high hopes. I have had a full FLAIR system now for 2 months and just cannot get it to work right. Tech Support keeps promising me to get back to me and never does. The quality of the pucks is pretty bad - they feel flimsy, the text on the screen is tough to read, the responsiveness is ... challenging. but worst of all, THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTIZED AND THE SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. Love the Smart Vents. Every room in my house is now the same temperature. Seems to work great and it's really solidly built. Wish the vents came in brown, but I painted them myself.
