I set up an appointment for an inspection. When I called, I spoke to the A.I. system and didn't know it was A.I. until halfway through the conversation. It was extremely sophisticated and advanced, it was also very helpful in getting me scheduled. Once the appointment was made, Anthony Ledford Jr. came out and did the inspection and did a phenomenal job. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Very disappointing job by Flagstone. The crew didn't seem trained at all. They made several mistakes in installation, and now my roof is leaking from multiple spots. I also found debris, sharp metal pieces, and nails all over my yard which was dangerous for my kids and pets. They refuse to take responsibility. This company has no respect for customers.
