BEWARE.our experience at this rv parking lot was dreadful, Adrianna two different times MONTHS APART assigned site to us & WE paid w contact and went to ASSIGNED SITE TO use LATER & Adrianna RErented our assigned PAID site to someone else(allegded business fraud by Adrianna), breakins, theft attempts to class A and tiny home by homeless in vehicle parking free, rodent damage massive, NO security, Homeless park free in gate that is unlocked most of time or code showing. BEWARE ABSOLUTELY NO SECUR

Warning : Do NOT storage rv there. From experience, we Storaged class A motorhome for months only to experience major rodent problem(rv was totalled by insurance company due to rodent infestation, urine & feces everywhere), and rv was broken into several times. Owners do NOT care!! Gate was 98 percent of time left open and with code on lock showing when we came to check on motorhome.
