Always found them knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and oriented towards customer satisfaction. Bought a Jotul gas fireplace from them more than ten years ago, they do maintenance and are just great. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever. Do not use. Troy is completely incompetent and unhelpful. Diagnosed that we needed a new igniter kit. We waited OVER TWO MONTHS! They lost the part. Never apologized or accepted responsibility. Grumpy guy finally came out to put the new kit in. Still not working! All winter without our "new" propane fireplace. Less than 2 years old.
