Had LVP flooring installed. Got the premium 20mil flooring that was top of the line. It wasn't installed correctly. We had gaps, after months installer came and fixed the gaps, stated they didnt know how to install this type properly when they did ours. We now have same gaps plus more including flooring that is warping from the gaps. Damaged subfloor upstairs from their tile remover and are looking at about 20,000 to replace and repair. Not happy. They ignore phone calls, want pics verses coming
