JoJo is responsive and follows up, and the workers did a great job painting our house exterior

Scheduled an estimate that happened on May 16th. Showed the gentleman the exterior areas of my house that needed painting. He measured and said that he would calculate and send the estimate for services. Time goes by and I hear nothing. I write a couple of times, nothing. I call today, May 27th, and the guy who gave me his card and did the estimate texts me back after I left a message. It stated he no longer works for the company... what the heck? All this time and no contact? Unacceptable.
