My garage door was stuck after I carelessly did something to cause it to go off track at night. I called five star and got this guy Tri Nguyen on the phone. He asked if I wanted to wait til tomorrow to fix the door. and I said my garage door can’t close so I was hoping to get someone tonight. He said no problem right away, quoted me a price to fix it tonight, and came straight out. He kept me posted on his ETA, was right on time, efficient, professional and very helpful. Got it fixed right away.

I booked their service to repair my rental property’s garage door seal track through my rental management company since I am no longer local. Their own description of the job was just screwing it back into place. They charged $180 which my rental management company auto-paid without question, a process I need to resolve separately. I feel like Five Star took advantage of this system and overcharged me. I called and they claimed the drive was justification for the $180 invoice. That must be a jok
