Took my Alo sneakers to get cleaned and idk if they used heat but the plastic looks burned and when I brought it to their attention they said I had taken the shoes that way! If they would’ve owned up to it I think I would have felt better, I understand things happen. But to put the blame on me as if I didn’t know what my shoes looked like is distasteful. They still look dirty and now they look off white. I don’t recommend, unless it’s something cheap you don’t mind paying for it to get ruined.
