We had a great experience with Five Star Bath. We received excellent service from the beginning of our shower project until it was completed. Installation was on time, care was taken to clean the work area and our installer Steven was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the installation process. We love our new shower and highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Livonia.

First thing the floor in the shower I wanted was not the one I got. I was told that’s the floor that’s goes with this. I had chosen one that looked like pebbles. Then when I was cleaning after they left the molding behind the door looked like it had been cut into all Jagged. After paying what we did I feel it should be perfect. Not left like it is. My husband had to replace the molding on the opposite side because it was messed up also I’m not pleased with this.

Amazing from start to finish. Professionalism at its finest. Would recommend 10x’s over. Not outrageously pricey.
