Emilio was AMAZING! We called Five Star Air at 8:30 AM and they arrived at about 11:30 AM! He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us the products and photos of our issues, and completed the repair in an hour! It felt very transparent, thorough and we are so thankful. It doesn’t hurt that Emilio is simply wonderful! He was incredibly friendly and respectful of us and our home. We will be loyal customers!
