I used them to purchase my new home, wanted to make sure everything was good. The inspector missed several things including an electrical issue. When i talked to the business owner he rudely pointed out that i had to read all the diclosures because AZ doesnt required them to inspect the issue they missed. I paid over $750 dollars, they held no accountability for their mistakes. Dont do business with them!

I was so amazed by the report first step produced, but what really got to my heart was the explanation on site making sure I understood and felt comfortable. I couldn’t made this happen without Robert Rivera, His kindness is what did it for me!
