Pushy and expensive. Elderly relative called for a plumbing leak that flooded tile and about 8x20 ft of carpet. Decided not to report to insurance and not use First Responder for repairs. They did a wet vac and a fan for the carpet (did not pull up the carpet). I asked them for the bill for this work and it was ridiculous! For the price they asked, I could have had the carpet pulled and replaced, bought a shop vac and fan, and hired someone to do all the work. They scammed an old man. Follow up

These guys are awesome. We had a water leakage in the garage. Jeremy looked at it, and recommended the best option, and did not try to oversell. Then the day before they had to start the work, he came to check again, and suggested we don’t have to do mitigation because it had already dried out by itself. He did not change a single dollar for this. Hard to find people and companies like this nowadays! Highly recommend Jeremy and First Responder Restoration!
