RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. They hung a key box on our property to access it.
