We just had a security door installed at our home in Anthem. When the crew came to install the doors they found the door frame to be so shoddy the door could not be installed. At no added cost the company re-engineered the steel;f fram to allow installation, returned in a couple of weeks and installed the door to our satisfaction. This is a company I endorse 100%.

Everything as promised. Replaced wooden gate w/First Impression gate just over 2 years ago. Still looks new & works great. Had one about 18 years at previous house. Same story there! Don’t struggle w/ rotting: drying wood. Get a long lasting good looking gate from First Impressions.

Working with first impressions was a great experience. Gary Stephenson was very helpful on the day I stopped in to try to figure out what kind of a security screen we wanted. The screen door was able to be manufactured in a pretty short period of time. The man who came to install the door was very nice and did an excellent job. I would recommend first impressions to anybody looking for a security door. We referred our daughter to first impressions and she was very satisfied with her door as well
