Jason was excellent in figuring out how our water purifier system works to ascertain the problem with the ice maker in our fridge.  The identified problem is a lack of pressure from the purified water hold tank to the ice maker.  He recommended a pump to increase the pressure to the fridge from the purifier. Jason was very experienced in understanding the system and explaining how it worked and what the solution was.  He took his time and asked if we had any questions until we were comfortable.

our water heater went out over night and I needed it fix so I called first hour water heater and Carlos showed up right away and took care of our problem.

Very handsome and friendly young man helped me fix my hot water! Now I can take my long, lonely hot baths again. Yay for me. Great company though. I fully approve.
