They are the real deal. From the first phone call through the inspection and the follow up. They really took their time to explain everything and they are very thorough. They are great value for money and the add ons give you great flexibility. The reports are easy to read and understand with pictures and videos and even give you pointers- for first time buyers that can be really helpful. You can tell they truly care. Our inspector James was the best!!!

You can’t have a better experience than these guys! Marcela makes booking so easy, she reached out to our builder concierge directly to schedule the inspection and then sent over the report to all parties when done, A+ service. James is the guy you need to trust with inspections, he’s easy to talk to, cares about his customers and honestly just does a very thorough job. If I could give them ten stars, I would. They made a stressful experience, delightful.

James is awesome! We had a pre-drywall and pre-closing inspection on our new build. He was highly communicative and very very thorough in his inspections (picky and explained it in a way I could easily understand!) Thankfully we didn't have anything too crazy go wrong in our build, but I felt extra secure knowing James knit picked things for us. Highly recommend. Don't go elsewhere!
