AMAZING customer service! I reached out to First Coast Stone with a hyper-specific request, which was a longshot: an untreated piece of tile or stone made out of very specific materials to use as a basking platform for my ball python. They didn't have it, as reptile materials are not their or any stone company's speciality, yet they offered me a piece of marble for free! Their kindness and willingness to help with an odd, difficult request blew me away. These guys are awesome!

Highly recommended! Justin was a pleasure on the sales and project management side of things. Communication was clear and he worked hard to make sure the installation details were aligned with what I wanted. As for the installation, their installers were top notch! The work was high quality and they ensured my home was left clean after the job was done. Pricing was extremely fair as well. I plan to use them again for another project I have in mind down the road.
