Upon unpacking the pod that the movers from First Coast Movers is packed, we have found several things damaged badly. The hose on the clothes washing machine was badly damaged and torn, it’s already cost almost $200 to replace it so we can simply wash our clothing. Melissa is not cooperating with sending a claim form, even though the contract states the way to get a claim form is by calling the number on the front of the contract. Are the positive reviews real?
