We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Gene and First Coast Entertainment. We had 10 POE security cameras installed which included a doorbell and all the wiring to each camera. We had our ATT fiber connection extended from the garage to our upstairs network room. Our Network room was re-wired, a network rack assembled and installed on the wall. Excellent, and fast service

Have had nothing but problems with my Control 4 since install. Lost communication, have no Remote access anymore & lost music in most rooms, 7-8 years later I’m told I have a balance on my account. I guess every time they came out I was being charged but was never told or was issued a bill for services I thought were warranty.
