I had some water under my tiles in the Laundry Room, it was getting pretty bad. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I had a company tell me it wasn't my furnace or water heater. John and his crew are angels!!! They are hard workers that take pride in their work. Ohio State water proofing told me I needed to water proof my house 41,000 after his sales pich he quoted 35,000 maybe that's okay if you need it.I called First Call they came out and Chuck went down in my dirty smelly crawl space and took his time, he said you have a plumbing problem. Hired large company (RR ) to service my drain outside of my home. RR snaked clean out ,ran camera down drain stated hydro jetting would not be necessary ,need to dig to get to the source of the problem…roots for $$$$ !! Very uncomfortably with pricing and their finding. Made several calls to have my questions answered no one available so I cancelled .Decided to call First Call they came out next day. They snaked drain, hydro-jetted drain and results was a beautiful sparkling clean drain ! OMG

John and his team are true professionals. They came to fix what appeared to be "simple plumbing issue". It quicking turned into much more. They fixed multiple errors from previous plumbers without hesitation. Most important, it was done correctly and at a reasonable price. First Call will be my only call for future plumbing needs. I didn’t make First Call my first call and learned my lesson. They came out fast and fixed what the first company broke just snaking a drain. They did such a fantastic job that I had them come back and install a new water heater. They are great!!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
