Shawn was at our house yesterday to service our fireplace. He did a wonderful job-going over and above what other service people have done. He answered all my questions, explained everything, and cleaned the fireplace like it’s never been done in the past. It looks and runs like a new fireplace (and it has been installed for more than 20 years). Kudos to Shawn. He deserves more than a 5 star rating PM
