Our Heatilator gas fireplace was due for a tune-up. We called Fireside Hearth & Home - Charlotte and spoke with a very nice lady (Shawn?) who helped us schedule this service call. Our technician (Dave?) called ahead of time and arrived promptly when scheduled. He did a very thorough job cleaning, checking, and tweeking our unit and was all done before we knew it.
