David came out because my fireplace was no longer lighting, although the pilot was on, millivolt lighter. He saw the issue immediately. When I had cleaned up the area the other day, I had knocked off a connector. I thought I had re-attached to the correct location, but apparently not. David moved the connectors to a different location where they would not get hit again. Fireplace works!! And David did not charge for this "user error". Thank you for the warmth again!
