Patrick is a true professional and provided excellent service! He quickly diagnosed the issue with our fireplace, installed a new gas valve and log set, and got everything up and running again. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working safely and properly. He also gave a very thorough explanation of how to operate the fireplace and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service and did not finish my install. I am very concerned with water damage but the company does not care. I see other reviews with the same issues too. I made a mistake choosing them.
