After not having my calls, returned by other companies. I finally found this company online with great reviews. Great service, communication, installation, and products. I went with a non-venting gas unit. Couldn’t be happier!

The showroom experience was great. Everything was good until installation started. It was clear the technician was inexperienced. When he wasn’t able to connect properly, he told me I had to call Spire Gas company. When I informed the technician, I was more comfortable with him, calling inspire and setting this up he said I cannot do that. I ended up calling spire and the technician came out. The sales staff, Is very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us understand what would best fit in our home and helped us decide on the actual product. The inspection and installation visits were very helpful and the technician is knowledgeable and very professional. Everything went very smoothly and I felt I was adequately trained on our fireplace logs and gas and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
