We purchased our fireplace log set four years ago and it needed some maintenance. One of the logs disintegrated and we found out the logs are under a lifetime warranty. Our grate was also disintegrating and it was also replaced under a lifetime warranty. Mike and Jake did a wonderful job addressing our needs and we are so pleased with their patience, knowledge and professionalism.
