HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Scott screwed us over by not receiving the proper permits and we were in such hot water after the fact. He is NEVER on time and he is never responsive. And finally we received a complaint from our township and when he was confronted started gaslighting us saying he received all the permits and blamed things on us. I wanted to turn my master bedroom walk-in closet into a full bathroom. The original team of guys I hired were awful and failed to do the job correctly. When it was partway done, I fired them. I called Firelands Construction and they came out and within a few days I had my new bathroom. Scott did an amazing job! I LOVE it!
