My husband and I had a horrible experience with Finishing Touches specifically the owner of this company Kelly Scully- so bad that we actually fired her and her company only a month into the home designing process. She has a horrible attitude and is very unhelpful when picking out selections and designs. Absolutely amazing group of people and awesome set up

What an awful experience that should have been an excellent one when building a house. They do not communicate, their leadership is unresponsive, and it's obvious they do not value their customers or they are just selective on who they want to value. I would highly recommend not to use this company. I've invested thousands of dollars with them and their customer service is unfortunately poor.
