I had a great experience with Nicole. She was thorough and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. She has a drone, infrared imaging, and works with a plumbing company to perform sewer scopes. The report was easy to read and interpret. And she gave a complimentary home maintenance hand book which will likely be a resource I return to again and again as I navigate homeownership. Definitely recommend Nicole, would work with her again!
