Bill performed a home inspection for us in August. We are first time home buyers and picking someone to inspect our home was not an easy choice I inquired with between 15-20 people before deciding. Bill seemed very informative and detailed with reasonable rates. He arrived to our home before us the day of the inspection. He went through the whole inspection with me while explaining every step. He offered suggestions for the future and now. Bill answered all my questions and was very attentive.
