I wanted to share my experience with the customer support team. While I appreciated their efforts, the process took far too long. I had multiple appointments set up and rescheduled, which became very frustrating. I hope this feedback helps them improve their timeliness in the future.

We had issues with our solar and battery system, 2 years after it was installed, only to find out that the original installation company was no longer around. We are very appreciative of this company making the time to come out the same day to look at the issue as we were concerned there maybe an electrical/fire issue.
