We have been using Ferrell gas a the state park I work at for 13 years. Recently we had a spring snow storm arriving in 4 days. We didn't realize, but we had a guage fail a one of our residences. Unfortunately we ran out of propane! Called Ferrell to order gas and have repairs done. They sent out Abraham, one of their Technicians, he made repairs within 24 hours!! Propane was delivered within 24 hours as well! While Abraham was there he did a leak test on the lines. He found a leak at the regula

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Attempted to get propane cylinders filled for my RV. The “local” number listed is a national answering service. I was told they were open and filled cylinders locally. Drove over and the office is locked with no one here. Don’t use Ferrell Gas.

Says they close at three. Went in at 2:00 and they were already closed. Tried to call and couldn't get through their automated service. Definitely should think about hiring people to actually answer the phone
